- Generate delivery address
- The user has the option to add delivery addresses within their settings.
- Display prices
- If the user does not have this access right, they can add articles to the shopping cart but instead of the price will only see XXX.XX €.

- The user cannot place orders unless this access right has been activated. The user can, however, approve orders if they have been assigned that right.

- The user can book the incoming goods in the Order status
- Unlisted articles can be ordered

- The user has admin rights for the account

- The user can approve orders (must be ticked so the user can be incorporated into the approval procedure for other users)
- Orders of all users visible
- The user can view all orders placed in the Order status .
- Payment can be booked
- The user can book the payment in the Order status .
- Compulsory position text input
- The user must enter a position text in the shopping cart at the article level.
- Book to service contract
- In the shopping cart , the user can choose whether an order should be allocated to a cost centre or a service contract.
- Manage customer article no.
- The user can add a customer article number on the article details page.
- Account code in shopping cart selectable
- The user can select an account code in the shopping cart . This account code must however be assigned to the user.
- Reporting access
- User can access Reporting .
- Core product range settings
- No restriction = no impact
- Only core product range can be ordered = User can only order from the core product range.
- Core product range and suppliers without core product range = If a supplier has a core product range, only those core products can be ordered from this supplier. Everything can be ordered from suppliers without a core product range.
