The upper main menu

In the upper main menu, you can see the following information and navigation options (from the left):

Your access number

• This ID is your unique identifier. Please always provide it when contacting Support.
  
  

Logged in user

• Here you can see your name to verify that you are not logged in to a different account.
  
  

Homepage

• Click on Homepage to return to the start.
  
  

Administration     

• As a user, you can view your user data and change your password here.
• Administrators can access the administration menu for simple system here.
  
  

Contact

• This menu item allows you to view the contact details for your allocated suppliers, as well as the contact information for the simple system support.
  
  

Logout

• Always use this menu item.
• Always ensure that no one else can use your login.

The function menu

The function menu allows you to access the most important functions quickly. For further information please refer to the specific explanations for each function.

Quick search

• Here, you can search directly using "Free text" or the "Article no.".

Supplier overview

• Overview on the specific supplier catalogues that are activated for your company
  

System information

• Key information about available special items and the status on your orders, such as pending shopping carts or shopping carts that are due to approval

Click&Order catalogues

• Generally available supplier catalogues. Immediately activate and order without specific supplier request process. Suitable for ad hoc needs and small purchase volumes.

User information

• Internal news provided by your administrator or simple system (e.g.: maintenance work)

Shopping cart view

• Shows you the number of articles in your shopping cart.
