User (company administrator)

Here, you can create and manage your users.
We recommend organising your users into groups .
You can also ask us to import your users from a list. Simply order the User import from the simple system Click&Order catalogue.
In the first section you can create a user on the right or select an existing user from the left. The system then proceeds directly to the settings.

If, when creating a new user, you receive the message that the ID has already been allocated, it is due to the fact that we only deactivate and hide the users that you delete for your statistical purposes. If you would like us to reactivate these users, simply email us or call the support team. 
In the user overview you can easily see whether a user is also an approver or an admin.

When you select a user, you can view and edit all of their personal settings.
You can also reset the user's password. (This field is always shown to be empty)

At the bottom you can now see all the administration areas. If the user is in a user group , you only see the selected administration areas.
