Where is my order?

The most important question of all.
 

  • First you need to check whether you can see your order in the Order status .
    • If you can, please contact us. We will then check whether the order has been transferred to the supplier. If yes, please contact the supplier directly. You can find the contact information at the top right, under Contact.
    • If you cannot see your order, then it hasn't been transferred to the supplier.
  • Is the order still awaiting approval?
    • If yes, please contact the respective approver.
  • Has the order been rejected?
  • Have you just collated the goods?
    • Then simply create a shopping cart from these goods and submit it as an order.
  • Did you definitely submit the order?
  • If you are still having trouble after completing all these steps, contact us and we will work with you to find out where your order is.
