Where is my order?
This is one of the questions that is most frequently asked at simple system.
We recommend to check the following steps
- First you need to verify whether you can see your order in the Order status .
- If yes, please contact us. We will then check whether the order has been transferred to the supplier. If this is the case, you have to contact your supplier directly. You can find the contact information at the top right, under Contact.
- If you cannot see your order, then it hasn't yet been transferred to the supplier.
- Is the order still awaiting an approval?
- If yes, please contact the respective approver.
- Has the order been rejected?
- Then use the "Undispatched shopping cart" option to create a new order.
- Have you just collated the goods?
- Then simply create a shopping cart from these goods and submit it as an order.
- Did you definitely submit the order?
- If you are still having trouble after completing all these steps, contact us and we will work with you to find out where your order is.
