OCI shopping cart

The OCI shopping cart is equal to the "normal shopping cart" but the number of operating steps is reduced to two. 
Options such as delivery address, account code and cost centre are not available. They can, however, be added via your merchandise management system / ERP system.

Step: "Quantity and position text" (I)
Here, you can see an overview of your shopping cart and can delete articles or change quantities.
If you click on the arrow in the centre of the article, you can view more details and enter a position text. Click on the button "Modify".
At the end of the shopping cart, you can also save the order to an existing favourites' list or create a new favourites' list with the chosen articles.
You can also find the "Collate goods" button – a save function for your shopping cart. If you log in again or refresh your homepage, the words "Quantity - undispatched shopping carts" will be highlighted orange in your system notices. Clicking on this function opens the automatically saved  orders and the button "Collated goods" is located directly to the right. This allows you to select the required articles and add them to your shopping cart. Clicking on the shopping cart will then take you back to your shopping cart.
 
In the image, you can also see the notice saying that the shopping cart requires approval. If this message is not displayed, the shopping cart will be immediately sent to the supplier upon completion and can no longer be modified.
If you want to move on to the next step, click on "Continue".
 

 
Step: "Send order" (II)
In the second step, you can now transfer the shopping cart to your merchandise management system / ERP system and add additional information to the order.
You will once again receive the notice that this shopping cart requires approval, provided an approval procedure has been set up for your company.
