Why can I not place an order?

The article value exceeds the unit value in the budget management.

If the administrator has locked certain ECLASS areas, you will see the following message.

No price available
If you want to order this type of article, please contact us. The supplier has not provided a price for this article. We will inform the supplier to resolve this issue.


 

Article no longer available:

If the supplier has updated their catalogue and you have an article in your favourites' list or in the collated goods that is no longer available, the following will be displayed.

You can still view the article number. In this case, it is best to contact the supplier directly, so that they can recommend a replacement article.
