• Move identical article numbers to one line in the shopping cart
  • If a user adds an article to the shopping cart twice and then five more times, it will automatically create 7 articles.
  • This can cause problems if the buyer writes e.g. FAO xyz for the first 2 articles and then uses different instructions for the second group of 5.
• Automatically activate new suppliers for all users
  • Choose this option to automatically activate all suppliers for all of your users. Otherwise you need to approve the suppliers separately in the users/groups.
• Automatically approve new delivery addresses for all users
  • Choose this option to automatically approve all delivery addresses for all of your users. Otherwise, you need to approve the suppliers separately in the users/groups.
• Automatically approve new cost centres for all users
  • Choose this option to automatically approve all cost centres for all of your users. Otherwise, you need to approve the suppliers separately in the users/groups.
• Automatically approve new account codes for all users
  • Choose this option to automatically approve all account codes for all of your users. Otherwise, you need to approve the suppliers separately in the users/groups.
• Automatically approve new special articles for all users
  • Choose this option to automatically activate all suppliers for all of your users.
• Payment can be booked
  • Switches payment posting on.
• Incoming goods can be booked
  • Makes it possible to post incoming goods.
• Purchasing card information stored cash (obsolete) ← no longer supported
  • This option is no longer relevant.
• Show core product range at the top in general search
  • If you or your supplier has selected articles as part of the core product range, this option will mean that they are always displayed at the top of the search results.
• Order number and order number range can be modified in the shopping cart
  • Allows the buyer to change the order number in the shopping cart prior to submitting the shopping cart.
• A cost centre must be selected in the shopping cart
