Cost centres (company administrator)

In the Cost centre management, you can create cost centres and manage and delete budgets.



If you want to add a cost centre, you need to provide a number, a name and a budget. You can also stipulate a reset interval, which is based on the calendar year.


Once a cost centre has been created, the cost centre number can no longer be changed.
 
This setting is used to set the standard cost centre for cost centres that you want to create in the future. It does not affect existing cost centre settings.


Below, you can see all of your cost centres, including the designated and residual budget. Cost centres are allocated via the User settings / Group settings.



A click on the cost centre number allows you to view the settings.

You can modify the cost centre via the menu. The cost centre number cannot be modified. Please create a new cost centre.

Below, you can manage the residual budget. If you wish to increase the total budget, you need to do it in the first section. If you wish to make a change within the budget framework, you can do it here.

IMPORTANT: A cost centre must always have a budget. If a cost centre has a budget of 0, nothing can be ordered to this cost centre.

The cost centres must then be assigned to users / groups.
