All suppliers (company administrator)
This menu item allows you to contact suppliers that you would like to work with on simple system.
Simply click on the relevant supplier logo. This will open a form that you need to fill in and submit.
The supplier will then be informed about your desire to work together and will approve you on the supplier platform and activate a catalogue for you.
In order to accelerate the connection, speak to the supplier in advance, so that they know that they will receive an enquiry and can prepare a digital catalogue in advance.
If the desired supplier is not on the list, please click on "Further suppliers on request" and complete the form.
In this case, it is also important to discuss the key points with the supplier in advance such as price conditions and product range.
Please note that this function is only available in the live phase and not during the test and pilot phase.
The information about your phase is displayed at the top left. 
- Test phase = Click&Order* catalogues only
- Pilot phase = Common and Click&Order* catalogues only
- Live phase = Click&Order* + common + "Further suppliers on request" (no separate information)
*Click&Order catalogues are only available in Germany
