Company data (company administrator)

The first thing that you see on the Company data page is your own master data.
It is not possible to change this data on your own. If there are any changes necessary regarding this information, please contact us.



The next field shows all the administrators that do exist for your company.


In the Access rights management menu you can stipulate global settings which then apply to all of the users of this account.


The Language setting allows you to change the language of the web interface (available languages are: German, English, French, Italian, Spanish, Danish, Turkish, Czech, Dutch, Polish and Hungarian).
Please note that this does not apply to the external data which is provided by suppliers such as catalogues and article descriptions.


The ECLASS setting stipulates which ECLASS is used as the standard for the article search and customer interface.



The "remind approver after" function allows you to stipulate whether and when an approver or deputy approver should receive a reminder email if a shopping cart is not approved within a time period X.
Despite this, the approver or their deputy can approve the shopping cart as soon as it is received. See Approval procedures for more information.
