The user administration has 3 menu items
- My data
- Personal particulars (changes are made by your administrators) Image 1
- Order value limits
- Here, you can see the limits set by the administrator
- Approval procedure
- Here you can see the approval procedure that has been set up and who your approvers are.
- Change password
- You can change your own password here.
- Note, if you access simple system via OCI from a goods management system, e.g. Navision or SAP, you cannot change your password as the automatic login will no longer work.
- System settings
- Here, you can stipulate the display options for the cost centres and account codes. You can also set the system language.
- Budget information for the assigned cost centres
- Here you can see how much budget is available for your various cost centres.
- Company data
- Here you can find the details for your administrators and their contact information. Image 2
- And delivery addresses, where applicable
- Here, you can view your available delivery addresses. Image 3
