Shopping carts awaiting approval

 
Approvers and deputy approvers are shown the following system information if there are shopping carts awaiting for approval:

Clicking on this message takes you to the following screen.

The approver can now click on the order number to view the shopping cart in detail. The approver can view and check the information provided by the buyer.

If everything is correct, the approver can either approve or reject the order. If the order is rejected – and a reason is required – the buyer sees the shopping cart as "Undispatched shopping cart".
